Anyone who uses Paypal needs to be aware of their policy re problems with merchandise. They do not back up the consumer!! Unless you flat out did not receive the shipment they will not reimburse you for product, even if product is not what you ordered and you return the product. If you use Paypal, you are unable to dispute a charge for the product and you are stuck with it!!
They represent fraudulent companies that have fraudulent addresses.
Be very sure you are dealing with a legit company if you are useing PayPal or you too will get burned!!
